TradeCertified is an independent media agency that recognizes the 'best of the best' local small businesses, professionals and service centers. These award recipients represent the top 1/4 of one percent (.0025) of registered businesses in the United States and Canada. We've been around for 12 years and pride ourselves on operating a successful business devoted to helping small businesses across the United States differentiate themselves from their local competitors.

Our customers receive a TradeCertified by consistently demonstrating their commitment to exceed customer expectations related to sales, service, operations and customer satisfaction. To ensure our awards are earned based on merit, TradeCertified employs third-party accounting firms to validate all applications. This impartiality and the demanding nature of the award criteria make this accolade the first of its kind in North America. Our customers pay an annual fee usually starting at $899, which includes audit fees, a listing on TradeCertified.com, point of purchase signage, press releases, monthly webinars, online member zone and buyer's group access offering discounted rates on many business services. In total our package of benefits exceeds $2500 per enrollment, so there is rarely any objection to the fees we charge.

We are currently seeking Regional Sales Managers to expand our territories in the home improvement area. Initially our focus was on the swimming pool and spa industries, their manufacturers, distributors and service people and have hundreds of happy customers. We have now expanded the TradeCertifed endorsement program to other classifications within the home improvement area, and are looking for individuals to expand our customer base in these areas. Regional Managers are independent contractors who report to the National Director. We provide training, admin support, existing accounts, professional marketing materials and lead opportunities. As your account base grows in your area, you will have the opportunity for Territory Managers reporting to you, as well as exclusive accounts and bonuses.

THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION-ONLY OPPORTUNITY. Our entire sales team is paid on 100% commission and our commission rates are significantly higher than the national average. A full time sales person can earn an average of $84,000 per year and a six figure income is clearly within range. Even better, because we pay the salesperson for each annual renewal, your income can grow significantly. Team members are also eligible to earn National Account and Loyalty bonuses, which will be explained in our interview process.


Full-Time Agents: $84,000/Year
Part-time Territory Agents: $23,500/Year
Full-Time Regional Manager: $135,000+/year
(*Income based on Agent sourcing 4 classes per week with a 77% avg. renewal rate. Of course everyone's numbers will vary, but the same principles apply. Don't worry if you still have some questions about commissions. Our goal is to offer you a general overview of rates and opportunity.
